Programme
The first IDEM Convention "Dalle password all'identità digitale federate" (i.e. "From passwords to federate digital identity") will officially launch the first Italian federation of Authentication and Authorization Infrastructures. Building upon the success of the IDEM pilot project, ended in 2008, the federation's main aim is to make simple the user recognition and authorization processes.
The convention aims at introducing the Federation, its objectives and features; success stories will showcase the benefits for member organizations, end users, service and content providers.
The programme also includes thorough technical presentations of the technology exploited by the Federation (Shibboleth etc)
