Research
As part of its institutional mission, GARR conducts research and development activities in the field of data transmission, network architecture and services, and digital infrastructures in support of research by specific user communities. Many of these research activities, also carried out within task forces, work groups and national and international projects, have led to the development of new services and the adoption of new technologies.
