Security Date: the new cybersecurity training opportunity for the GARR community
We are pleased to introduce Security Date, a new series of online and in-person events dedicated to cybersecurity and digital identities, inspired by the experience of the Security Days.
The training programme, which will begin in December 2025 and continue throughout 2026, includes monthly appointments and will feature a series of courses held both online and on site. Some sessions will also take place during the forthcoming GARR Conference in Pisa, offering additional opportunities for in-depth discussions and direct exchange.
The courses will be delivered by the community for the GARR community, combining contributions from GARR experts with those from professionals working in organisations connected to the network, thereby highlighting complementary skills and perspectives on cybersecurity.
The first event in the series is a webinar entitled “Implementing NIS2: requirements, obligations and guidelines for adoption”. It will be held online on 4 December 2025 and will be led by Alessandro Inzerilli, GARR.
The full programme is currently being finalised and will be published on the GARR Learning platform as soon as it becomes available.
Participation is open and free of charge. To join the webinars and stay informed about upcoming initiatives, simply register on the GARR Learning platform.
—Please note that the courses will be in Italian only—
