GARR is looking for four experienced NOC Specialists to join the team responsible for monitoring and operational management of the GARR network. Successful candidates will be offered permanent contracts based in Rome.
Key responsibilities
- monitoring the infrastructure and managing alerts
- incident management and service restoration
- configuration and maintenance of network equipment
- technical support for users and coordination with suppliers
- security activities and the deployment of new connectivity services
- operational documentation
- contributing to the development and automation of services
Key requirements
- secondary school diploma
- at least 3 years' professional experience
- fluency in Italian and a good command of English
