Call for Papers is open for GARR conference 2017, which will take place in Venice from next 15 to 17 November.
The 2017 International Conference on High Performance Computing & Simulation (HPCS 2017) will be held on July 17 - 21, 2017 in Genoa. This year the event will be dedicated to HPC and Modeling & Simulation for the 21st Century and it will focus on a wide range of the state-of-the-art as well as emerging topics pertaining to high performance and large scale computing systems at both the client and backend levels.
It will be the current president of the European Council, Malta, the host of the next e-IRG open workshop, an event dedicated to the key theme of long-term sustainability of e-Infrastructures.
In collaboration with GARR, the DiCultHer network offers an informative webinar to support school to apply to the PON-MIUR Prot. 4427/17 expiring on 10 July 2017.
The new MOOC on the history of the Palatine Hill by Sapienza University is now at the starting blocks. In order to launch it, an extraordinary class will go live on 5 June at 17.30 CEST from the Temple of Venus, on the Palatine Hill, in collaboration with GARR.
GARR takes part in the 5th symposium "Virtual teachers & teachers 2.0" and introduces the Up2U Project
From 2 to 4 June 2017 Lucca will host the fifth symposium "Virtual Teachers and Teachers 2.0", the annual event where experts and teachers get together and offer participants the opportunity to experience innovative and captivating educational practices.
On 21 June at the SwissTech Convention Center in Lausanne the IT Research Day will take place.
The event, organised by the Swiss national research and education network (SWITCH), will present new perspectives on the digital transformation, e-infrastructures and services.
